Yes, this is normal. When switching from a suction mode or a water-only mode (hot or cold) to a steam mode, a small amount of residual water present in the hose may come out. This behavior is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.

The nylon insert is ideal for light stains and uses the mechanical action of the bristles to lift dirt without damaging fabrics. The rubber insert is perfect for compact residues and pet hair, because it adheres to the dirt and collects it easily without it getting trapped in the bristles.

To start the cleaning cycle, make sure the clean‑water tank is at least half full. Attach the brush to the hose, cover it with the dedicated cap, and activate the hot‑water & suction mode for 30 seconds. Repeat the process if necessary.
