Can I customise the coffee temparature ?

Yes, Polti Coffea allows you to customise the coffee temperature on three different levels. Proceed to switch off the machine by pressing the two buttons at the same time: espresso coffee and long coffee. If you want to lower the temperature, hold down the espresso coffee button for three seconds, the LED will flash; if you want to enjoy a hotter espresso, you can raise the temperature by pressing the long coffee button for three seconds.
